Owner keys expire after 365 days. Connector keys expire after 90 days. Rotate them before expiry. Lost owner keys cannot be recovered by email.

Access keys
Replacing a connector key revokes the previous key. Reconnect Muse with the new key. Account deletion and exports require the separate owner key.
Delete account and records
All equipment, schedules, service history and access keys will be deleted from the active service. Download an export first if you want a copy. Recovery copies may remain for up to seven days under the current hosting plan.
